BCE Partnership Philosophy

Bronco Creek Exploration and its wholly owned subsidiaries create partnerships with other companies in order to leverage our respective strengths. We acquire mineral properties after conducting extensive preliminary geological evaluation and assessment; then our partners fund further exploration of our properties in order to earn an interest in the project. Partnership agreements have taken the form of lease/options, joint ventures, and exploration alliances. Each company brings a unique variety of resources and goals, and we are open to creative agreement structures that are appropriate for the needs of each specific partner and their shareholders. We have in-house personnel available to handle all land research and staking, project permitting, and project management.

Our kind of business partner:

  • Is aggressive and committed to discovery
  • Brings a variety of financial and/or technical resources that complement our expertise
  • Is interested in earn-in joint-venture or lease/option terms for mutual benefit
  • Is prepared to rapidly advance targets to drill stage and decision points
